Dr Steven Grangé graduated in Medicine in Rouen University (France) in 2010. He recently joined the Nephrology Department of Rouen University Hospital, headed by Prof Dominique Guerrot. He previously worked in the Medical Intensive Care Unit from 2012 to 2021.

He is specialized in thrombotic microangiopathies (TMA) with a particular focus on drug-induced TMAs and on intensive care medicine. He is a member of CNR-MAT (Centre National de Référence des Microangiopathies Thrombotiques). He coordinated the Regional Reference Center for TMAs of Normandy from 2016 to 2021. He is currently responsible for the French Registry about drug-induced TMAs.
