The Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón has organized the “Sickle cell Disease and Thalassemia Simposium (SimFALTA)”. The event will be held in Madrid on next 29th and 30th of May 2023.
Healthcare professionals, researchers and case managers are invited to attend the free event (200€ valued)!
SimFALTA 2023, coordinated by Elena Cela (Member Representive), will be divided into two different days. The first day, focused on supportive therapy and the second on haematopoietic progenitor cells transplant and gene therapy.
The presentations will be provided by experts from the Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón (Madrid), Hospital Marqués de Valdecilla (Santander), Hospital La Fé (Valencia), NHS Homerton London (United Kingdom), Hospital La Paz (Madrid), Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron (Barcelona), Hospital Universitario Virgen del Rocío (Sevilla) and St Mary's Hospital (NHS Imperial London, United Kingdom).
