Outcomes of the ERN-EuroBloodNet meeting at the EHA2023 Hybrid Congress

The EHA2023, the most significant event on haematology in Europe was held last June, 8 to 15, in Frankfurt (Germany).
During the 2nd hybrid edition of the event, the ERN-EuroBloodNet organized a meeting in the frame of the congress. The meeting focused on “The Role of ERN-EuroBloodNet and ENROL Registry on Advancing Translational and Clinical Research in Hematology” and was held last 8th of June 2023.
For this occasion, the three hours meeting has been divided into three different sessions:
- Improving access to diagnosis and treatments
- ENROL Registry and endorsed initiatives
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) based models in hematology: GenoMed4All and SYNTHEMA.

Over the four in-person days of the EHA2023 congress, a booth dedicated to the ERN-EuroBloodNet has been at the Collaboration Plaza. This action has been a successful dissemination & communication activity that allowed the ERN-EuroBloodNet coordination team to present the current status of ERN-EuroBloodNet’s actions and the advantages that represent to the haematology community visiting the booth.
